Putting and bocce surfaces are specified differently from landscape turf. Pile height is fixed short across all four products at ½″, and the variable that matters is what the fiber is made of and what sits underneath it.
NylonForce 47 and NylonForce S 47 are texturized nylon on rubber backing — embossed rubber on the first, white rubber on the second. Nylon is the stiffest of the three fiber types in the Keep It Green Turf line, which is what keeps a surface consistent under repeated foot traffic.
Pro Putt 42 and TXT 40 run on a 20 oz polyurethane secondary backing over a 13/13 primary, in texturized polypropylene and texturized polyethylene respectively.
