Turf Built for the Trade, Made in America
Keep It Green Turf manufactures twenty-two artificial turf products for wholesalers and installing contractors — landscape, pet, playground, putting green and sports. Full 15-foot rolls, manufacturer-direct, shipped nationwide from Calhoun, Georgia.
We Make the Turf. You Sell and Install It.
Keep It Green Turf is a manufacturer, not a distributor and not an installer. Every product in the line is made in America and sold through the trade — to artificial turf wholesalers stocking inventory, and to the contractors putting it in the ground.
The line runs twenty-two products across three ranges. Landscape, pet and playground turf covers seventeen of them, from a 60 oz face weight up to a 90 oz at nearly two inches of pile. Putting green and bocce turf runs short and dense in texturized nylon and polypropylene. One sports product bridges landscape and athletic use.
Every roll ships at 15 feet wide by roughly 100 feet, and every product takes 1–2 lbs of infill per square foot. That consistency is deliberate: it means a contractor can switch products across a job without re-planning seams, waste or infill quantities.
Three Ranges, Twenty-Two Products
Built to be specified, not browsed. Every product is published with its full pile height, face weight, total weight, backing and fiber composition, so you can spec a job without calling for a data sheet.
How to Spec the Right Turf
Five decisions narrow twenty-two products down to one. Work them in this order and the line resolves quickly.
Landscape, pet and playground work points at the seventeen-product core range. Putting green and bocce point at the four short-pile products. Sports points at Pro Sport 45. This one decision removes most of the catalog.
Landscape pile runs 1″ to 1 ⅞″. Pet-designated products sit at 1″, short enough to clean down through. Putting and bocce surfaces run ½″. Pro Sport 45 sits between at ¾″.
Face weight runs 40 oz to 90 oz across the line and is the closest single proxy for density and price tier. Total weight tracks it, running roughly 24–27 oz above face weight on every product.
Two backing systems run through the line: an 18/5 primary with 18 oz Super Flow antimicrobial secondary, and a 13/13 primary with 20 oz polyurethane. The nylon putting products use embossed or white rubber instead.
Specs narrow the field; the swatch decides it. Call for samples of your shortlist and put them in front of the customer before the roll is cut.
What You Get Buying From the Manufacturer
No distributor sits between you and the tufting machine. That changes pricing, supply and the answers you get when you call.
Manufacturer Pricing
You are buying at the source. There is no distributor margin stacked on top of the roll before it reaches you.
Made in America
Manufactured in Calhoun, Georgia. Domestic production means you are not quoting a job against an overseas container schedule.
Full Specs, Published
Pile height, face weight, total weight, both backings and fiber composition are listed for every product. Spec the job without waiting on a data sheet.
One Consistent Roll Format
Every product is 15 feet wide at roughly 100 feet with the same infill rate, so takeoffs and seam layouts carry from one product to the next.
Yarn on One End, Rolls on the Other
Every product on this site starts as yarn on a creel in Calhoun, Georgia and leaves the same building as a finished 15 ft roll. There is no importer and no distributor in between — when you call about a spec, you are calling the people running the machine.
Bobbins racked on the creel. The line runs nylon, polypropylene and polyethylene.
Backing feeds in one end, finished turf comes off the other.
The needle bar punching yarn through the primary backing, row by row.
Wound to a 15 ft roll — the same format on all twenty-two products.
Wholesalers and Installing Contractors
Wholesalers stock a line that covers the full range of jobs their customers bring in — pet, playground, putting green and general landscape — from a single domestic source, on one consistent roll format.
Installing contractors get published specs to quote from and samples to close with. When the homeowner asks to see a product you do not have in the truck, the full line is on this site, on a phone, in front of them.
